Get Your Credit Report:

Effective immediately, we will allow individuals to get their own credit report on line at our cost. That is $16.50 for an individual report and $18.50 for a joint report.  You will receive the same, three-bureau, mortgage-grade credit report that we use.  This formal report is a highly effective management tool containing all the fraud protections required by virtually any mortgage lender.  Therefore, this formal report is suitable for use by FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, and VA computer underwriting systems.

Individuals have always had the opportunity to get a free credit report once a year at http://www.annualcreditreport.com.  This free report does not include a mortgage quality credit score and cannot actually be used by any government lender to get a mortgage.  Also, many have said that the free report is hard to read.

Credit scores have never been more important than they are today.  Many individuals have damaged their credit in these difficult times.  They want to know where they stand today in terms of purchasing or refinancing a home. They want to look at the same credit report that is available to mortgage professionals.

Under the laws, a mortgage grade report can only be issued to a mortgage company like ours for the purposes of getting an individual pre-approved for a mortgage.  Your report cannot be used for any other purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).   The law requires that the report be sent to us.  We will share the report with you and send you a copy.  Any misuse of this report would violate the FCRA.  Click on the link below, fill out the form, and click "Submit" to get your report.   You may want to bookmark this page and write down our phone number (615-373-1980 ext. 32)  before clicking on the link since you will be leaving our website to go to a secure site to get this report.
